The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Success Manager to lead our customer success efforts in our partner schools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school partners achieve their unique learning goals and experience exceptional value through our programs. You'll be at the forefront of driving high engagement, satisfaction, and renewals, ultimately contributing to our mission of making quality education accessible to all.

Academic Implementation

  • Usage & Outcomes: Monitor program implementation, identify and address usage issues, and track student progress toward learning goals with our partner schools.
  • Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) on using the program effectively and achieving desired outcomes.

School Development

  • Launch & Growth: Lead smooth program onboarding, training, and ongoing support for schools, maximizing program usage for impactful learning outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs, understanding their needs and building trust through active communication.

Program Support

  • Customer Success: Manage individual school accounts, proactively address concerns using CRM tools, and ensure overall satisfaction with the program.
  • Data & Insights: Collect and analyze data from various sources (feedback, usage, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
  • School retention: Aim for a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and maintain a 95% retention rate by spearheading renewal processes.

Travel And Benefits

  • Conduct school visits within a 150-kilometer radius of the assigned area, providing targeted support to each institution.
  • Expected travel duration: 18 days per month.
  • Rs. 15,000 monthly travel reimbursement for work-related travel.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire, driving teams to achieve program goals across multiple schools in the cluster.
  • Communication: Masterful communicator, connecting effectively with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
  • Operations: Ensures smooth program implementation, proactively solving challenges and optimising processes.
  • Academic Support: Passionate about student success, providing impactful academic support and guidance.
  • Data-Driven: Leverages data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, exhibiting flexibility and adjusting to new challenges.

Experience
2+ years of experience. Candidate with academic operations experience preferred.
