Program Manager Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is
passionate about delivering programs that customers love and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and roll out programs
that align with the company's vision and strategy. You will partner closely with MyPeople product
and development teams, and business partners, to ensure the continuous successful delivery of
platform and product tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales enablement
communication with sales and account partner teams to maximize business impact. IProgram
Manager ensures multiple related projects work together to achieve broader organizational goals —
they keep an eye on the big picture and orchestrate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Coordination
● Own the user experience and site usability for your program, always looking for ways to improve
the user experience
● Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to
ensure smooth operation and execution
● Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and deliverables
● Develop pricing, marketing and positioning strategies
● Track program progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively remove blockers
● Collaborate with the data scientist team to create dashboards that provide visibility into program
successes and risk areas
● Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility
● Work with Marketing team to craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing
pages, email messaging, ad campaigns)
● Continually assess customer NPS analytics to ensure score is improving while using the client
and customer feedback to update the roadmap
● Collect, monitor, and interpret data to support user experience, track performance and guide
decision-making
● Drive visibility into lead generation and sales funnel activity, ensuring program is meeting
budgeted revenue goals
Sales Enablement
● Create and deliver enablement materials (playbooks, one-pagers, training sessions) to Sales and
Account Partner teams
● Lead monthly meeting with the Sales and Account Partner team and be prepared to answer
questions and solve problems in a timely manner
● Coordinate launch readiness activities, including internal communications, demos, and sales
training
● Gather feedback from sales and customer-facing teams to inform product and process
improvements
● Exceed clients' or customers' expectations, in terms of service quality, features and benefits
● Partner with MyPeople to translate platform capabilities (i.e, user manual) into clear value
propositions for sales teams
Stakeholder Communication
● Act as a program evangelist to build awareness and understanding with all internal stakeholders
● Provide frontline support by responding to and resolving stakeholder (and client) inquiries with
accuracy and professionalism
● Serve as the central point of contact for program status, milestones, and issue resolution.
● You are the voice of the customers in program discussions. You are passionate about delivering
an unparalleled user experience to our customers
● Provide regular updates to leadership and staff on program performance and impact
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations (SaaS or
platform experience a plus).
● Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
● Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM processes.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Comfortable with tools such as G-suite, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar.
● Results focused; you're comfortable challenging the status quo and seek opportunities to
continually improve
● Strong analytical skills; you're a problem solver who provides creative solutions and are very
proficient in breaking down problems into logical steps
● Strong data-driven approach to decision making (via KPIs and metrics); you're comfortable
leveraging and interpreting numbers to back up your recommendations
● Experience creating enablement content and facilitating training sessions.
● Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and report on program success.
