Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Marketer. The Senior Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and creating marketing content. The role includes coordinating with various teams to ensure consistency in marketing efforts, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, and optimizing strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

1–3 years of Bench Sales Marketing experience (preferably in the Life Sciences domain).

Solid understanding of US Staffing, vendors, clients, and marketing practices.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven, performance-based environment.

Must be highly motivated, career-driven, and serious about growth in staffing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry is a plus

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proven track record in driving successful marketing initiatives
