Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate non-compliance risks.

Prepare for inspections by education boards and government authorities.

Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Ensure compliance with POCSO Act, POSH guidelines, and child safety laws.

Oversee health, safety, and emergency preparedness protocols in the school.

Conduct background checks and maintain police verification records for staff.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and submit required reports timely.

Address legal and compliance-related queries from stakeholders.

Manage global/domestic mobility for expatriate staff, including work permits and visas.

Ensure legal compliance in destination countries for mobile employees.

Maintain accurate visa records, track expirations, and ensure timely renewals.

Provide guidance on visa processes and act as a point of contact for mobility issues.

Collaborate with HR, legal, and academic departments to ensure school-wide compliance.

Maintain all compliance records and respond to queries from parents, staff, and authorities.

In-depth understanding of educational laws (RTE Act, CBSE/ICSE/State Board regulations, POCSO, POSH)

Familiarity with state-specific guidelines (e.g., Maharashtra Education Department)

Awareness of labor laws, child protection acts, and safety standards.
