Technical Expertise ( Fullstack - PHP )

5+ yrs of Strong Experience into Meanstack / Fullstack

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and with Microservices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience working with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.

Oversee third-party API integrations and establish integration patterns

Hands-on with Server less architecture

Establish coding standards and best practices for Laravel and development

Technical Expertise ( PYTHON )

Must have 7+years experience in Python.

Must have team lead exp.

Strong Python & Django core development Experience

SQL Alchemy knowledge is a big plus

Experience in 3rd party python modules like itertools, boto3, sqlalchemy, hashlib, hmac, requests, json, urllib etc

Hands-on expertise with MySql and SQL Server programming

AWS experience (Lambda is plus) at least 6mths

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Python web frameworks like Web2py, Flask, Pyramid etc are added advantage

Experienced on GIT

Technical Expertise (Sharepoint + Dotnet)

·     Design and develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online or On-Premises.

5+ yrs of Strong Experience

· Build and maintain .Net applications and web services.

· Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and C#.

· Implement business logic, database structures, and UI components based on requirements.

· Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

· Work with SQL Server and Entity Framework for database interactions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and project managers.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

· Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.

· Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

· Optimize application performance and scalability.

· Ensure the application follows best practices in security and performance.
