Role and Responsibilities: The Microsoft365 Expert will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring software upgrades, patching, user management, security, and compliance with IT policies. They will coordinate technical support for 100+ users, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain high productivity. Additionally, conducting user training on Microsoft 365 applications, collaborating with the IT team to design and implement IT strategies and improvements, monitoring system health, and evaluating and implementing new Microsoft 365 features as per business requirements.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. They should have proven experience as a Microsoft 365 expert or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc., familiarity with Azure AD, EMS, Intune, and PowerShell scripting, excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-service-oriented approach, and good communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and provide training. Certifications such as MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security would be highly desirable.
