Job Description:
Pahun Industries Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide information about the company's offerings and services.
Document and report customer feedback to management.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi languages.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Basic knowledge of excel, Word.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
