We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Developers Adda. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹12000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients from the provided lead database.

  • Clearly explain company services and offerings to prospective customers.

  • Maintain records of client interactions and update call logs regularly.

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

  • Coordinate with the internal team for client follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

  • Confident, persuasive, and good at handling client queries.

  • Ability to work under target-based performance metrics.

  • Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply).

  • Basic knowledge of architecture, interior, or construction services will be an added advantage.
