*About Us*:- Looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who can drive our creative vision, manage brand strategy, and oversee digital communication across all platforms. The ideal candidate will understand market trends, manage creative teams, and ensure that every campaign reflects the brand's voice and values.

*Key Responsibilities*:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the brand's digital presence — social media, website, and content planning.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to deliver consistent messaging.
  • Plan and monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance metrics.
  • Mentor and guide the creative team to foster innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand objectives and translate them into effective brand communication.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all visual and verbal touchpoints.

Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing and video projects.

*Requirements*:-

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative agency roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking ability.
  • Experience managing teams and working with designers, content creators, and clients.
