Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Noida. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, leading marketing campaigns, managing product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning. The role also involves overseeing the brand's digital presence and ensuring cohesive messaging across various channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Market Research
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and content development
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Analytical thinking and experience with data interpretation to drive decision-making
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
