Role Summary:
The B2B Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients through telesales and online sales. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire corporate clients through telesales, online sales, and digital outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and update CRM systems to track sales progress, leads, and client interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications Required:
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50%
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably handling corporate clients via telesales and online sales.
- Prior experience in handling UAE-based corporate clients is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM management for lead tracking and reporting.
Skills Required:
Must Have:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated to excel in sales.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
Good to Have:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of UAE corporate market trends and business environment.
