Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and working with insurance brokers. On a daily basis, the specialist will identify client needs, explain insurance options, and assist customers in choosing policies that best suit their needs. Additionally, the specialist will handle paperwork, follow up on leads, and maintain client records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and experience in Insurance services
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Insurance Brokerage
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
