What We're Looking For

  • You are not a typical content scheduler. You're a strategist and creator who:
  • Has demonstrable experience growing social media accounts organically
  • Understands hooks, retention, storytelling & performance metrics
  • Uses AI-first workflows to create high-quality content at scale
  • Cares about real results (reach, engagement, growth), not vanity metrics

Role Overview

As our AI-First Video & Social Growth Manager, you'll:

  • Drive organic growth across all core social platforms
  • Create, optimize, and scale short-form video content
  • Transform ideas into high-impact, audience-driven videos
  • Build and refine AI-powered content workflows
  • Track performance and improve consistently

Your Responsibilities

  • Grow reach and engagement across platforms (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Develop original short-form storytelling that educates, entertains, and converts
  • Repurpose long-and-short content into platform-specific formats
  • Use AI tools to boost output and quality, without compromising creativity
  • Report weekly/monthly performance with clear insights and recommendations

Success Metrics (How We'll Measure You)

Reach & engagement (likes, comments, saves, shares)

Follower growth & audience retention

Consistency in posting and impact

Clear before ➝ after growth results

Quality of content and creative innovation

This is not an entry-level role. If you don't have proof of growth or content samples, this role is not for you.

You must submit:

Links to social accounts you've grown organically

3–5 short-form video examples

A brief note on how you use AI tools to scale content
