Hiring: Full-Time Video Annotation Specialists

We are hiring Full-Time Video Annotation Specialists to work on an ongoing project with our client partner. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow in the field of AI data annotation.

Position: Video Annotation Specialist (Full-Time)

Shift Options:

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Payment Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month (Full-Time – 8 hours/day, 176 hours/month)

TDS deduction will be applicable.

Productivity Target:

Expected output: 12–15 frames per hour per annotator

Each frame includes:

2 objects per frame (2 bounding boxes)

31 key points total per frame)

Example:

If an annotator completes 96 frames in a day, payable hours = 96 ÷ 12 = 8 hours (includes rework post quality checks).

Performance Policy:

Above-target work = Incentives

Below-target work = Penalty may apply

Payment Cycle:

Payments will be released 30 days after invoice submission.

Project & Work Details:

You will work directly with our client partner.

All updates and assignments will be shared via your official client email ID (access provided on your personal Gmail).

Training will be provided before the project officially begins.

Documentation:

All payments, NDAs, SOWs, offer letters, and employment documents will be handled by DGx Creators.

Exit Policy:

If you wish to leave the project, you must provide 1 month's prior notice. Payments will be released in full after completing the notice period.
