Position Summary
: The B2B Fleet Sales Manager for 2W & 3W will drive strategic fleet sales, manage key customer relationships, and secure new partnerships. Responsible for meeting sales targets, the role involves prospecting new business, negotiating deals, and collaborating with OEM partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in the 2W and 3W segments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive B2B/fleet sales targets for 2W and 3W segments.
· Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing fleet customers.
· Collaborate with OEM partners, dealers, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
· Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and enablers.
· Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and ensure high satisfaction.
· Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and long-term account relationships.
· Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in Logistics, OEM, or EV fleet industry preferred.
