We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Controller to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory control, stock management, and waste reduction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and portioning.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, quality control measures, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
