We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive who is passionate, organized, and eager to support our people and operations functions as we continue to expand.

Role Overview:

The HR / Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day human resource activities, administrative support, and ensuring smooth functioning of office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR and administration functions in a fast-paced industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

  • Support in recruitment activities – job postings, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Handle employee onboarding and documentation (joining forms, ID cards, induction)
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support in employee engagement activities, festivals, and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
  • Handle basic HR correspondence and communication

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance
  • Handle vendor coordination for office-related services
  • Support in travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Assist management in any additional administrative tasks

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA / PGDM (HR / Administration preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of HR processes will be an advantage
