  • Job Title: Instructional Designer
  • Primary skills: Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles
  • Secondary skills: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create multimedia content
  • Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
  • Experience: 3-5 yrs

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create multimedia content.
  • Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional models such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Create high-quality visual assets including leadership decks, flyers, and process flow diagrams.
  • Ensure quality through rigorous testing and QA processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and gather feedback from workstream leads.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, MS Office 365, and multimedia tools for video/audio editing and recording.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
