Designation- INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (K12/School Education)

Loc- Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

K12 Curriculum Design and Development
:


• Develop and design curricula and instructional materials that align with state and national standards and guidelines


• Create learning objectives and assessments that measures student learning and progress


• Design and develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments that are engaging, effective, and appropriate for K12 students


• Ensure that all instructional materials are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities


• Design content to optimize e-learning and generate the layout of the e-learning supports

Collaboration and Communication:


• Conduct research and work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional technologists, and other stakeholders to design and develop instructional materials and curricula


• Communicate effectively with SMEs, Graphic Designers, Reviewers, team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and web-based instructional content and ensure that projects are completed on time and meet project requirements


• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality work

Evaluation and Assessment:


• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and curricula and make necessary adjustments based on data and feedback


• Review all e-learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards etc.


• Participate in a business unit with design teams to complete the project. Will contribute to the team for technical development in the pursuit of the team project goals.


• Research cause to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.


• Analyse student data to measure student learning and progress and identify areas for improvement


• Use evaluation data to inform future instructional design decisions
