Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 4–6 years of expertise in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, drainage systems, utilities, and other public infrastructure works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and on-site execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Planning & Design

  • Prepare designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

2. Project Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution.

3. Infrastructure Development

  • Handle development of roads, stormwater drains, culverts, sewage lines, water supply networks, and related civil works.
  • Conduct inspections for quality control, testing, and material approvals.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, work measurements, and progress records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, quality checklists, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and cost estimates.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
  • Attend project review meetings and communicate project status to management.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all site activities follow safety norms and environmental guidelines.
  • Implement quality standards and rectify non-conformities promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech).
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, civil design software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory codes.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.
