Job Summary

Oversee and manage on-site civil infrastructure work, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and compliance with safety and project standards. Handle contractor coordination, site supervision, and daily progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities for infrastructure projects.
  • Execute work as per drawings, standards, and project specifications.
  • Monitor manpower, contractor output, and material consumption.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety norms.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and measurement sheets.
  • Assist in surveying, leveling, and site measurements.
  • Ensure proper material management and verification.
  • Resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth project flow.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only.
  • Qualification: B.E Civil (2–3 yrs exp) / Diploma Civil (4 yrs exp).
  • Experience in infrastructure projects such as 2BHK, 3BHK, Commercial , Residential, Villas, Project.
  • Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, and BOQ.
  • Ability to manage contractors and labour teams effectively.
  • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work long hours on-site and travel as required.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
