Role Overview

As an HR Intern at LaGran Software Solutions, you'll support the HR team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern HR practices in a tech-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups).
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee engagement programs, and internal communications.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and policy documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Zoho People, Excel HR Tracker, or HRMS platforms.
  • Exposure to recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic HR policies, employee engagement, or performance management.
  • Creative approach to team activities and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
