About the Role

We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, helping you build practical skills for a future career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee databases.
  • Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Post job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist with organizing HR events and engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR documents and reports as required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and good time management.
