Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused 
Service Manager
 to join our 
Wealth Management team
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wealth management operations, strong knowledge of investment processes, and excellent communication skills to ensure superior client servicing. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for client onboarding, transaction execution, coordination with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and product partners, as well as delivering timely updates and seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage complete onboarding process including KYC, account opening, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and AMCs to ensure timely account activation.

Transaction Management

  • Execute and monitor client investment transactions across 
    Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, and Equity
    with accuracy.
  • Liaise with AMCs/product partners for purchase, redemption, and other client requests.
  • Ensure flawless settlement of trades and strict adherence to timelines.

Client Servicing & Relationship Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
  • Provide 
    regular portfolio updates, transaction confirmations, and reporting
    .
  • Support Relationship Managers in building strong, trust-based client relationships.

Operations & Compliance

  • Manage Demat and trading account processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and service interactions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver clear, professional communication to clients on portfolio matters and service updates.
  • Prepare and share 
    MIS reports and dashboards
     for management review.
  • Proactively follow up with AMCs and partners to ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of 
    wealth management products
     and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    , with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and flawless execution.
  • Relationship management skills with a 
    client-first approach
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and wealth management software tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • NISM certifications (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in 
    wealth management operations, private banking, or client servicing
    .
