Preferred candidate profile

Kind of person they want :

BE/MBA from IIMs/XLRI/ - Sales head for Govt customers.

Sales focused 20-35 years in Institutional Sales in Defence/Security/Shipping ( From companies such as - L&T, Kalyani, Tata, Solar (Defence) Group, Megha MEIL, ISGEC, Adani, Bharat forge etc.)

Excellent field network and communications skills

Impeccable references

Team Player

Salary : 1 to 1.5 Cr per year - open to incentive package discussion
