Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore (KG Road – Office/Plant)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for Sree LPG Pvt. Ltd. The role involves understanding market trends, building strong distributor and customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in sales and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze company objectives and product positioning in the market.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing and strategies.
  • Engage with distributors to understand their operations and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Travel to meet customers and distributors within and outside Bangalore (flexibility to travel is mandatory).
  • Ensure timely delivery of cylinders to channel partners in cases where distributors' vehicles are unavailable (requires pre-planning).
  • Handle and remit cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through new channel partner appointments.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Plus 2 (completed).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales/marketing (freshers may also apply).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within and outside Bangalore.
  • Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi.
  • Male candidates only.

Work Details

  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation

  • During probation (3 months):
  • Freshers – ₹23,000 per month
  • Experienced – ₹25,000 per month
  • Post-probation: Salary revision as per company CTC breakup.
