Workday Compensation, Talent & Performance - Consultant
ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities: Compensation, Talent & Performance Consultant
- Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
- Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes
- Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
Must-Have Certifications
- Workday HCM Core
Experience & Background
- BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
- 3-6 years of IT experience
- Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
- Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning - Module consultant
Required Skills/Experience:
- Good exposure and hands-on experience in Compensation, Talent & Performance modules.
- Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Compensation, Talent & Performance areas.
- Knowledge of touch points related to HCM module.
- Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes.
- Exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee, set up data related EIBs, Advance Loads, iLoad's and Migration Recipe.
- Ability to create Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields.
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Good to have reporting experience
- Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process.
- Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
