Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Workday Compensation & Benefits Consultant
to join our HR team. The consultant will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals. The role requires strong expertise in Workday HRIS, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management, preferably within the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the organization's
    compensation and benefits strategy
    , ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Design and maintain
    salary structures, job grading systems, and incentive programs
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the administration of
    employee benefits programs
    including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct
    salary surveys and market analysis
    to benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
  • Collaborate with
    Finance, Payroll, and HRIS teams
    to ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure compliance with
    labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
    .
  • Create and maintain
    dashboards, reports, and analytics
    for HR leadership on compensation trends and workforce cost.
  • Partner with vendors and benefits providers to
    negotiate contracts
    and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead the communication of
    total rewards programs
    to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to
    Compensation & Benefits
    .
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance C&B programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience
    in Compensation & Benefits, with preference for candidates from the
    pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Workday HRIS
    platforms.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    and strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of
    labor laws, compliance regulations
    , and compensation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle
    confidential data
    responsibly.
  • Certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g.,
    CCP, GRP
    ) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
