We are looking Sr Sales executive for our company Omi decore , Guwahati Assam having minimum 1 to 3 years' experience as Sr Sales executive in /Building Materials like (Pavers blocks, Tiles & Allied Products). Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell building materials including paver blocks, tiles, kerb stones, fly ash bricks, and related items.
  • Visit contractors, builders, engineers, architects, dealers, and retail customers to generate business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations, samples, and technical details as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with production/dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Maintain records of orders, payments, and outstanding dues.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Experience in building materials sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for field visits.
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel).
