Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Claims Handling and Claims Management skills to manage the entire claim lifecycle efficiently.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs professionally.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess claims data, identify patterns, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools or systems for claims processing is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
