Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain professional interactions
- Analytical Skills for evaluating claims data and identifying patterns or discrepancies
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to manage technical aspects of claims-related systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
