We're hiring a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive with exceptional verbal communication skills and a strong background in outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging American clients and a proven ability to deliver compelling sales pitches that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches based on the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
- Adapt and refine sales scripts to improve conversion rates and client engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Accurately record all interactions, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Provide regular progress updates, insights, and feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and close over the phone.
- Proven track record in outbound sales or cold calling, especially with American clients.
- Ability to customize and confidently deliver sales scripts with clarity and conviction.
- Skilled at managing 2–3 projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity and focus.
- Self-motivated with strong ethical standards, capable of working independently without supervision.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
