Role Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our team in Chandigarh, India (full-time, on-site). The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will execute test cases, perform manual testing, create detailed test plans, identify and document bugs, and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of defect-free software.

  • Design, write, and execute comprehensive

  • Perform
    manual testing
    of web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Conduct
    load and performance testing
    for frontend and backend APIs using tools like
    JMeter
    .
  • Document and track issues using
    JIRA
    and maintain testing documentation in
    Confluence
    .
  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and enhance testing efficiency.
  • Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in
    fluent English
    .

Qualifications

  • 4+ years
    of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing (Manual Testing).
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC
    and
    STLC
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    JIRA
    and
    Confluence
    .
  • Proficiency in
    load/performance testing
    tools (e.g.,
    JMeter
    , Locust).
  • Knowledge of
    API testing
    using Postman or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and testing enhancements (preferred).
  • Strong
    analytical
    and
    problem-solving
    skills.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
