Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer who can take ownership of our testing processes, drive automation, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Strategy: Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing. Track and resolve bugs using Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Quality Reporting: Define and track QA metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software testing (manual & automation).
  • Strong expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • API testing experience (Postman, etc.).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner – a plus).
  • Basic SQL knowledge for DB validations.
  • Exposure to Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Good to Have

  • Experience testing in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS domains.
  • Knowledge of security testing practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
