What are we looking for:
We're looking for a dynamic
E-commerce Manager
to lead the strategy, execution, and scale-up of our e-commerce business across marketplaces and D2C channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has taken a business from
0 to 100
and is ready to do it again—with speed, clarity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the
e-commerce growth strategy
, from planning to execution - Build and execute effective
go-to-market (GTM)
plans for new product/category launches - Manage end-to-end operations across:
- Marketplaces
: Amazon, Flipkart, etc. - D2C channels
: Website, performance marketing, CRO, media planning - International expansion
and cross-border commerce - Lead
performance marketing
initiatives with a data-backed, ROI-focused mindset - Handle
media buying
,
campaign planning
, and revenue growth tracking - Ensure operational excellence across order management, logistics, and customer experience
- Manage large budgets with clear accountability for outcomes (sales, CAC, ROI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, content, design, CX) for seamless execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or D2C business management
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses independently
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, paid media, and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience in managing 8–figure annual budgets and high-volume sales
- Highly analytical with strong command over numbers, tools, and dashboards
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Prior experience in scaling a D2C or consumer brand is a big plus
