Role Description
We're seeking a strategic and analytical Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager to accelerate our brand's performance across leading online marketplaces. You'll be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing platform relationships, and executing growth initiatives that boost visibility, conversion, and profitability
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each marketplace, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho and others.
• Identify high-potential products, categories, and trends to drive assortment expansion and maximize sales opportunities.
• Leverage platform-specific tools and insights to stay ahead of algorithm changes and competitive dynamics.
Listing Optimization
• Ensure all product listings are optimized for search visibility and conversion, adhering to SEO best practices and platform guidelines.
• Craft compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced content (A+ or rich media) to improve customer engagement and purchase intent.
• Continuously audit and refresh listings to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance indicators including impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, sales velocity, and marketplace rankings.
• Utilize tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, and native platform dashboards to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
Inventory & Operations
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels across all marketplaces.
• Monitor sell-through rates, forecast demand, and proactively manage replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLAs to maintain high seller ratings.
Platform Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and category teams.
• Leverage platform partnerships to access promotional slots, deals, and beta programs.
• Stay informed on policy updates, algorithm changes, and new feature rollouts to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
Customer Experience & Reviews
• Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews across platforms to identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly to uphold brand reputation.
• Implement initiatives to reduce return rates, improve product satisfaction, and enhance the overall post-purchase experience.
