Job Overview
is seeking a Junior Field Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is available in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess up to three years of work experience and be passionate about engaging with customers in the field. The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into successful transactions, contributing to the company's growth goals.
- Provide timely feedback and insights from the field to help refine the company's service offerings and customer approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client needs effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to better position NoBroker's services in the marketplace.
- Use CRM tools to document and track your customer interactions and report on progress regularly.
