Role: Business Development Intern

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Sales and Marketing Team. You'll be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships, and helping expand the reach for Spark Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective learners and explain program offerings.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls/messages to drive enrollments.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with leads and conversion data.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We Offer:

  • Salary/Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed per month.
  • Performance Commission: Up to 10% based on performance..

  • Preference for candidates who can start immediate.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (MBA/BBA or related background preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Previous business development/sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in shifts.

Work Timings: Morning & Evening Shifts (flexible within program needs)

Location: Mohali
