About your role:

At Fiserv, we are at the forefront of financial services technology, transforming the way our clients do business. As a Technical User Experience Design - Sr Professional II, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers and team members.
  • Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4 years of experience in user experience design.
  • 2 years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • 2 years of experience in HTML and CSS.
  • 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
  • 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
