We are looking dynamic Sales Representative who can acquire Franchisees of Shemrock Pre-School and Shemford K+2 Schools. Have vast experience into B2B Sales and ability to close the deal.
Location - Lucknow / Bhopal / Pune/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Ahemadabad / Delhi-NCR

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and approach potential partners in targeted regions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our Franchise model to potential partners interested in opening play schools, primary, or secondary schools.
- Manage leads, schedule and conduct Zoom meetings or face-to-face interactions for Franchisee pitches.
- Guide and support new Franchises in location selection, infrastructure set up and liaising with property leaders for site finalization. Facilitate Franchise agreements and provide comprehensive support through the school launch process.
- Offer ongoing local-level support and assistance to Franchises.
- Conduct regular visits to Franchise locations for quality checks and relationship building.
- Travel for meetings and site visits as required.
- Experience working with schools, preschools, coaching centres, or EdTech platforms.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer management.
- Willingness to travel across the state for business development activities.
- Working knowledge of Local languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (if location is South India).
