Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners

Manage franchise lifecycle from agreement to launch

Ensure SOP compliance and operational excellence

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, supply chain)

Conduct audits, performance reviews & training sessions

Drive sales growth and partner success

Handle franchise issues with professionalism

Support franchise modeling and ROI planning

Build strong franchisee relationships

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Management

4–7 years of experience in franchise management (F&B, QSR, Retail preferred)

Strong business development & relationship management skills

Excellent communication & negotiation abilities

Willingness to travel frequently

Knowledge of franchising legal & financial aspects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
