Role & responsibilities

  • Direct Responsibilities
    • Growth of Revenue
    • and Market Share.
    • Assigned Business Partners should have Commodity Terminal.
    • Travel across assigned branches at regular interval.
    • Should ensure the Commodity/Currency RMs of his region fulfill Organizational Goal of Revenue Generation.
    • Overall, your region should fulfil Organizational I/E Goal
    • To ensure proper mapping of Commodity/Currency Clients to all RMs (equity /Commodity) .

  • Contributing Responsibilities
    • To add minimum 02 (Two)

  • • accounts per month with an Average margin of Rs 50,000/-
  • • Minimum 60% client activation in Commodity and Currency on M+2 basis.
  • • Position tracking of Clients of assigned Branches and franchisee on daily basis and informing the BM/Franchisee owner and thereafter to the specific HNI Client about any adverse / opposite position

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Post graduate

  • NISM- Commodity series 16 & Currency certified

  • Background from broking industry possessing Commodity knowledge

  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated
