Overview:

We're looking for a delivery-focused integration partner or boutique agency to lead end-to-end ERP integration and migration projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA orchestration and Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Fusion migrations.

You'll collaborate closely with Refold's product and solutions teams to turn complex enterprise workflows into scalable, production-grade integrations that drive measurable impact across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-cycle ERP integrations and migrations, from architecture and development to deployment and testing.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, reusable integration frameworks and standardized workflows.
  • Build connectors, APIs, and adapters with high reliability, observability, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Refold's platform and AI teams to embed solutions into MCP-based agentic workflows.
  • Continuously enhance delivery velocity, documentation quality, and production reliability.

Previous Experience:

  • Delivered SAP S/4HANA integrations across HR, Finance, CRM, and Procurement, enabling seamless orchestration and unified data flow.
  • Led Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion migrations, ensuring data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and low-downtime cutovers through custom APIs.
  • Executed ERP modernization programs for mid-market clients, improving accuracy, reliability, and deployment speed through automation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ERP modernization, cloud migration, or multi-system integration (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Netsuite).
  • Hands-on expertise with Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, SAP CPI, OIC, or custom frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0, SSO), data mapping, and orchestration models.
  • Ability to operate as a self-contained delivery pod (2–4 engineers + PM) accountable for outcomes, not oversight.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI-driven or agentic orchestration systems.
  • Experience managing multi-tenant integrations and version-controlled deployments.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, etc.) for reliability and uptime tracking.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹70, ₹150,000.00 per month
