Key Responsibilities
Travel Desk
Arrange domestic and international travel for employees and guests (tickets, hotels, cabs, visa, insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors for timely and cost-effective bookings.
Maintain travel records and ensure compliance with company policy.
Guest House
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company guest house.
- Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and proper hospitality for guests.
Manage housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and supplies.
General Administration
Handle office facilities, security, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Maintain agreements, contracts, and records for smooth operations.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and issue resolution.
Events & Coordination
Plan and organize company events, meetings, workshops, and celebrations.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue, catering, travel, and materials.
Ensure events are delivered smoothly, within timelines and budget.
Vendor Coordination
Identify and onboard vendors for travel, guest house, admin, and events.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
- Track vendor performance, renewals, and payments.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in travel desk, guest house, admin, and events.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Administration / Hospitality preferred).
- 45 years of relevant experience in administration, travel, vendor coordination, and events.
