As a
LinkedIn Growth Intern
, you'll work directly with the founder to manage Vaomi's and the founder's LinkedIn presence, create engaging content, build meaningful professional connections, and help shape the brand's public narrative.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. LinkedIn Management & Content Creation

  2. Draft, edit, and post engaging LinkedIn content that reflects Vaomi's tone, milestones, and insights.

  3. Maintain a consistent posting schedule for both company and founder accounts.

  4. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to brainstorm and refine post ideas, headlines, and captions.

  5. Networking & Growth

  6. Identify and connect with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

  7. Engage actively through thoughtful comments, shares, and DMs.

  8. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to grow reach and visibility.

  9. Founder's Office Assistance

  10. Collaborate directly with the founder on LinkedIn campaigns and community building.

  11. Support the founder's outreach efforts, prepare summaries of key conversations, and highlight potential collaborations.

  12. Maintain an organized database of contacts, leads, and engagement results.

  13. Research & Trend Spotting

  14. Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, content trends, and engagement best practices.

  15. Share insights on what's working for similar start-ups, founders, and AI-led brands.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Open to students (preferably 3rd/4th year).
  • Field of study doesn't matter — passion, creativity, and communication skills do.

Skills:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn — posting, engagement, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for content ideation.
  • A knack for storytelling, memes, and audience engagement.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and self-driven; able to take ownership with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals online in a polite and confident tone.
