Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kota for a Student Support Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting students in handling queries, ensuring a seamless learning experience, and providing guidance tailored to individual needs. The role will also involve coordinating between students, parents, and faculty, monitoring progress, and facilitating a supportive learning environment to meet educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage student records, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Proficiency in providing guidance and support in both academic and personal areas to promote student success.
  • Competence in using digital platforms and tools for communication and student management will be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a student-centric approach and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a student support or academic advising role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with competitive exam preparation processes and academic curricula is a plus.
