Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Trainer based in Kota. The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs, conducting workshops, and enhancing sales skills at all levels. The trainer will develop, implement, and assess strategies for improving sales processes and customer service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing team performance, providing constructive feedback, and actively mentoring sales personnel.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Trainings and Corporate Training methodologies
- Solid understanding of Sales Processes and strategies to drive performance
- Experience in enhancing Customer Service excellence within sales teams
- Strong knowledge of Sales techniques and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire teams for high performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a sales or training role is advantageous
