Why the position Exists :

Smart Factory Application \: Deploy Manage  Sustain and Enhance Smart Factory Applications Like LDS( Lean Digitization System, DISS (Digital Idea SIM Systems),  Preventive Maintenance Tool, E-Derogation, QT9, ERP,QMS, PDM ( Product Data Management), PIM (Product Information Management)

SPS  Align all MES and Labelling Application Activities in line with SPS and PCBA SPS Requirements (Link all KPI and Controls)To enable all BEF Factories 100% Traceable and per FTF, Industrialization and SPS requirements

Cyber Security. This role is to manage different activities- incuding new Projects, in order to protect OT network from threats and Sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of Site

Traceability\:  Traceability is a key process to manager customer satisfaction ensuring Process Robustness during Manufacturing by fixing rapidly issues coming from the upstream supply chain. As Plant Digitization Manager This Position is to Manage Track, Track and Control of all Existing and Execute all NPI activities of BEF in-line with Traceability Requirements Of PCBA and Assembly Process E2E Traceability Requirement.  Deploy Schneider Traceability Tool iTAC, LDS & (PMS) to all BEF Facilities, Sustain, Maintain and Enhance new functions and Features in line with Schneider Standards like SPS,PCBA SPS, PCBA and Assembly Best Practices

1.    Manage and Execute all NPI activities of BEF in-line with Traceability Requirement

2.    As Cybersecurity Site Leaders accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in the Plant

3.    Align all MES and Labelling Application Activities in line with SPS and PCBA SPS Requirements (Link all KPI and Controls)

4.    To enable all BEF Factories 100% Traceable and per FTF, Industrialization and SPS requirements

5.    Deployment, Sustenance and Enhancement of  SMART Factory Application

What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the Organization :

1.    Deployment, Sustenance and Enhancement of  SMART Factory Application

2.    Shop floor Cyber Security Program and Activities to Support IPO Team

3.    Lead Electronic Industrialization Network of ITB for Best Practice sharing and Implementation

4.    Analyse Andon and SIM Escalation with 8D Methodology and 5 Why Analysis with CAPA Action (with JIRA and Business   Requirement)

5.    Responsible for Manufacturing Labelling Application Sustenance and New Improvement as per Change Requirement

6.    To Execute 100% Functionalities of PM Module in iTAC    

7.    To Execute 100%   Functionalities of Cogiscan Modules

8.    WIN Innovation Project (Any Manufacturing /Supply Chain)

9.    Responsible for complete MES and Labelling Documentation and Standards.

Job Related Experience:

Plant Digitization Manager with  5 to 6  years of experience or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Electronic with minimum 10 years of experience in the field of  Manufacturing Execution System, Smart Factory Application Deployment, Sustenance and Improvements,  Experienced in PCBA Assembly Process, Manual Assembly Process, Manufacturing Labelling Application, Cyber Security, PLC and Automation Exposure

Business Understanding

Lead & Monitor MES   Team Members and Support CFT Team for MES and Labelling day-to-day activities, To facilitate continuous improvement of Work Place, .NET Clients, Labelling Application  and Quality Requirements as per PCBA SPS and SPS. To Faclitate Management KPI in Analytics for all CFT, Understanding Quality Directive, Quality Database (PSS, Design Standards, MQR) CODA Oracle, Symphony, FTF

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

Good in analytical, individually handle the day to Day process issues and self-starter

Degree in Computer Science / Electrical /Electronics / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical /Electronics
