Our Smart Factory Solutions are designed to offer seamless integration and unmatched functionality, catering to a diverse range of manufacturing industries.Position Overview: The Techno-Functional Consultant (Manufacturing & Staging Systems) processes will play a critical role in enhancing our Smart Factory Digital Solution offerings, as a techno-functional consultant, focusing on Staging, and Manufacturing processes. This role demands deep expertise in these key areas to support the seamless operation of our solutions. This consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value and performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert-level techno-functional knowledge and insights on Staging and Manufacturing processes with a special focusStaging: Processes involving the complexities in material movements between warehouse & production - accurate quantity of raw materials and order calendar, kit preparation, pre-weigh/part bag creation, Kanban storage system, replenishment to production, return to the warehouse and their associated key operationsManufacture/Production: Processes involved in manufacturing operations with end-to-end visibility into production - Order Calendar, Recipe Manufacturing & SOP, Order execution & production data capture, Machine data capture via OPC tags, Order history & Traceability, Alerts, QC, label printing, integration with DCS & other machines and other associated key operationsGood functional understanding of Vehicle Management, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and Inventory Management modules of SAP to ensure:Ability to Understand the terminologies and processes that the client follows in their plant so that the same process can be proposed with the designed solutionExposure to the functional solutioning part of the integration of the ERP system with 3rd party applications ( say MES) to achieve the functional flowAbility to identify the source of the root cause of an issue when found in an integrated system - MES / SAPAble to propose new solutions that can leverage the capabilities of the SAP system which the client is unaware of and hence not using itIdentify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and optimize processes within their areas of expertise.Collaborate with product development and implementation teams to design, develop, and optimize staging and manufacturing functionalities.Lead the implementation of staging and manufacturing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Conduct workshops with customers to present our staging and manufacturing Product offerings, and understand current processes and future needs.Conduct a thorough gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and customization to meet client-specific needs and create a blueprint design with the necessary solutionsDevelop and deliver training sessions, and documentation for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective utilization of staging and manufacturing solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for techno-functional support and troubleshooting related to staging and manufacturing modules.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in staging and manufacturing and related fields.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Production, IT or a related field.4 to 8 years of experience in Staging & Manufacturing Operations preferably in the manufacturing industryAccomplished functional & technical IT professional with expertise in one or more industry-standard MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Products and implementationIn-depth knowledge of Staging & Manufacturing processes, integration points, and industry best practices.Proven track record of successful Staging & Manufacturing solution implementations and optimizations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in supply chain management.Preferred Skills:Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or consumer goods.Knowledge of additional Staging & Manufacturing modules and functionalities.Certification in relevant Staging & Manufacturing software products.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to digitizing and transforming factory operations with high-quality and complex solutions.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and career growth opportunities.
