D365 SCM Functional Lead/Architect
Work location: -Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Chennai (Hybrid Model)
Qualification: -B. Tech/BE, M. Tech/ME, M. Sc (Computer/IT), MBA, MCA, B. Sc (Computers)
Experience: - Lead 8+years/Architect 10+
This role offers the opportunity to work on global rollouts, lead implementation teams, and architect solutions for complex business scenarios.
We're looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in D365 SCM, including configuration, fit-gap analysis, data migration, and business walkthroughs.
Should have Warehouse management knowledge
Implementation and Integration experience mandate.
- Prior retail and supply chain domain experience required
- Involvement in at least three D365 F&O implementations, including post Go Live warranty support
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in Supply Chain and Warehousing
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills as well as strong problem solving and issue resolution ability
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives and across business units concurrently
- Business Analysis with strong documentation skills to capture business requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts and training guides
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to express understand technical concepts and communicate them simply
- Ability to work in an Agile Product team with daily interaction with both consulting and business resources
